摘要
采用橡胶加工分析仪研究由氧化锌(ZnO)和山梨酸(SA)原位生成山梨酸锌(ZDS)对天然橡胶(NR)网络结构及动态性能的影响。结果表明,在应变扫描中,混炼胶的弹性模量、粘性模量及耗损因子,随着应变的增大而降低,随着ZnO/SA填充量的增加,其胶料的弹性模量和粘性模量初始值增大,即ZnO/SA用量越多,形成填料-填料间网络结构越强,Payne效应更加显著;硫化胶的弹性模量,随着应变的增大而降低,随着ZnO/SA填充量的增加而增大;硫化胶的粘性模量随着应变的增大,先呈现出轻微增大后迅速降低,随着ZnO/SA填充量的增加,其胶料的粘性模量对应变响应更为明显。在频率扫描中,混炼胶、硫化胶的弹性模量和粘性模量,随着频率的增大而增大,随着ZnO/SA填充量的增加而增大;混炼胶的损耗因子,随着频率的增大而降低,随着ZnO/SA填充量的增加而增大。
The effects of zinc disorbate,formed by in-situ reaction of ZnO and sorbic acid(SA),on the networks and viscoelastic properties of natural rubber composite were investigated using rubber process analysis(RPA).The elastic modulus,viscous modulus and tangent of loss angle of compound increased as strain increased.By increasing the loading level of ZnO/SA,the initial elastic modulus,viscous modulus and tangent of loss angle increased to form strong filler-to-filler networks,indicating a significant Payne effect.The elastic modulus of vulcanization decreased as the strain increased,but increased with the increase of ZnO/SA loading level.The viscous modulus of vulcanization decreased rapidly after a slight increase as the strain increased and responsed to strain significantly with the increase of ZnO/SA loading level.The elastic and viscous module of both the compound and vulcanization increased by increasing the sweeping frequency and ZnO/SA lowding level.The tangent loss angle of vulcanizate decreased with sweeping frequency,but increased with ZnO/SA.
