多次喷射雾束宏观特性的试验研究

摘要 完成了应用于舰用TBD234V6柴油机高速响应电控喷油器在多次喷射条件下的喷油规律测试和响应特性标定。构建了高速闪光摄影试验台架,在与TBD234V6柴油机燃烧室结构相同的定容室内进行多次喷射喷雾试验并捕获喷射各时刻的影像。研究结果表明:多次喷射时雾束的最大贯穿距取决于喷油量最大的那次喷射,且明显要小于相同背压下的单次喷射;喷雾主体比单次喷射时饱满,锥角比相同背压下单次喷射时明显增大。 The injection rate test and response characteristics calibration under multiple injection of the quick response electron-controlled injector used in model TBD234V6 ship diesel engine were conducted.A high-speed flashing photography device was set up to record images of the sprays at various moments in the constant volume chamber,same as the engine combustion chamber in structure.Results show that the max.penetration of multi-injection spray follows by the spray of the biggest delivery and the penetration is evidently smaller than that of single-injection.Multi-injection spray is thicker and its cone angle is bigger than single-injection under the same back pressure.
