摘要
设计了一个通过检测喷油器电流和电压的压电喷油器驱动电路,以实现压电喷油器精确闭环控制和能量回收,提出了基于该电路的控制策略,并通过测试对比得出最优控制策略。试验证明,设计的驱动电路可实现压电喷油器的快速充放电和精确的电压控制,当喷油器内压电堆电容为3.3μF时,充放电时间分别为120μs和100μs,并可实现单循环5次喷射。能量回收电路在节省了驱动能量的同时还降低了散热的需求,使压电喷油器单次喷射能量消耗约为0.048 J,小于相同试验条件下电磁阀式喷油器的能量消耗。
A driving circuit of piezoelectric injector based on the current and voltage activation was designed to achieve precise closed-loop control and energy recovery.Several control strategies based on the circuit were also proposed.The optimal control strategy was selected through experimental comparison.Experiment results show that the circuit can realize fast and accurate charge and discharge control of the piezoelectric injector,reaching 120 μs of charge period and 100 μs of discharge period when the capacitor of the piezoelectric injector is about 3.3 μF,it also can achieve five times injection in one cycle.The energy recovery circuit can save energy and reduce the heat load as well.The single injection energy consumption using the piezoelectric injector is about 0.048 J,less than that of using solenoid injector in the same condition.
