企业薪酬战略决策的最佳匹配范式 被引量:1

摘要 薪酬作为雇佣关系的核心,在创造组织竞争优势中扮演着重要角色,薪酬战略不仅仅是帮助创造价值,还在于以一种竞争者难以模仿的方式去完成它。企业本身具有显著的异质性,因此组织薪酬战略应具有更多的"权变观"。应根据企业实际,从企业的总体成长战略、生命周期、竞争战略、组织架构、文化等方面出发,就薪酬特定维度(水平、结构与差异、基础、管理、风险与时间等)进行决策,以寻求企业薪酬战略决策的最佳匹配模式,支持企业获取与保持竞争优势。
