A condition monitoring,analysis and diagnosis system of oil pumping unit is introduced.The purpose of developing this system is to grasp the running condition of oil pumping unit in good time,and to provide suggestion for preventive maintenance.The paper introduces the composition of system and the principles of measurement.The design of software and its application are discussed.The software based on Windows NT network platform has a friendly graphic user interface,in which many functions such as dynamic data display,automatic accidents alarm,timed report print,field special knowledge help and fault diagnosis are successfully implemented.
