UASB系统不同高度层污泥降解五氯酚能力研究

Study on PCP degradation ability of sludge in different levels of UASB reactor

摘要 为探讨五氯酚对不同类型的厌氧微生物的毒性影响,采用UASB反应器进行了PCP模拟污水连续流实验,采用间歇实验研究UASB反应器中不同类型污泥降解五氯酚能力的实验,揭示不同PCP浓度冲击下对系统微生物的影响及各种污泥对五氯酚的降解能力差异。结果表明,在不同的PCP冲击负荷的阶段,厌氧系统对PCP和COD的去除率均表现出先迅速降低后缓慢升高的变化趋势,最终稳定运行两者的去除率可达91.5%和82.4%以上。而五氯酚对不同种群的微生物产生影响有差异,PCP对系统产甲烷菌活性产生明显抑制,而系统底层污泥的降解五氯酚的速率常数是上层的4~10倍,UASB系统降解五氯酚主要由产酸菌群为主的产酸相完成的。 To investigate the toxic effects of PCP on the anaerobic degradation system,an experimental study that simulates continuous-flow,PCP contained sewage water was carried out using a UASB reactor.And the batch experiment was conducted to study the PCP degradation ability of sludge in different levels of UASB reactor.The study revealed the influence of the PCP to microorganism in the system and the difference PCP degradation ability of microorganism in different levels of reactor.The experimental results indicate that in the different phases,the degradation rates of PCP and COD showed the trend of initial quick drop followed by a slow raise.After the anaerobic degradation system was stabilized,the degradation rates of PCP and COD reached to 91.2% and 82.4%,respectively.PCP had an impact on the difference micro-organisms,PCP significantly inhibited the activity of methane bacteria.The degradation of pentachlorophenol in bottom sludge is 4-10times of that in top sludge.So in UASB system,the acidogenic bacteria plays an important role in degradation pentachlorophenol.
