摘要
采用自行设计的推流式厌氧反应器(体积约为4.0 m3)对水葫芦、水花生进行了厌氧发酵产沼气的实验研究,实验结果表明:在实验运行的83 d内,总投加生物质量为5 210 kg(2 591 kg水花生、2 619 kg水葫芦),总产气量为167.901m3(水花生:100.62 m3、水葫芦:67.281 m3),平均每天产气量为2.02 m3。水花生、水葫芦的原料平均产气率分别为0.334m3/kg干物质(TS)和0.447 m3/kg挥发性物质(VS),0.302 m3/kg TS和0.362 m3/kg VS。在水花生投加期间,最高产气速率达6.49 m3/d。在水葫芦投加期间,最高产气速率达3.26 m3/d。
Production of biogas from water hyacinth(WH)and alternanthera philoxeroides(AP) by anaerobic digestion was studied in own-designed and manufactured pilot-scale plug flow reactors(volume:4 m3).Within the 83 days of operation,the production of biogas was 167.901 m3(AP:100.62 m3,WH:67.281 m3) with treating 5 210 kg biomass(AP:2 591 kg,WH:2 619 kg),and the average biogas production was 2.02 m3/d.The biogas yield of AP and WH was 0.334 m3/kg TS,0.447 m3/kg VS,0.302 m3/kg TS,0.362 m3/kg VS,respectively.The maximum biogas production rate was 6.49 m3/d in anaerobic digestion of AP,while the value was 3.26 m3/d in anaerobic digestion of WH.
