摘要
为了研究黑龙江省国有林场职工住宅建筑的节能现状,本文对黑龙江省海林市大石沟林场职工住宅建筑进行了调研和分析。通过使用温度采集记录器、传热系数现场检测仪和手提式红外热像仪等设备,对住宅建筑室内温度、外围护结构传热系数及热工缺陷等进行了测试。分析表明,该地区住宅建筑存在室内温度低、舒适度差和能耗高等问题。针对以上问题,本文提出了布局优化、提高围护结构保温性能、加强门窗保温等措施。这些措施将有助于改善该地区住宅建筑的人居环境,减少能源消耗和温室气体的排放。
In this paper,in order to study the energy-saving situation of state forest farm residential buildings in Heilongjiang,the buildings in Dashigou Forest Farm in Hailin were taken as the research objects and were investigated and analyzed.Using the instruments of SCQ-O1a temperature gathering recorder,BES-A overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope detector and TVS-100 portable thermal infrared imager,the relative parameters were measured and the thermal irregularities of building envelope were found out.The results demonstrated that the indoor temperature was low,the comfortable requirements could not be satisfied and the energy consumption was large.Focusing on these problems,several measurements were provided,such as optimizing the layout,improving the heat insulation performance of building envelope and enhancing the heat insulation property of doors and windows.With these measurements,the indoor thermal environment could be improved and the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission could be reduced.
