摘要 采用预测函数控制系统结构实现对锅炉制粉系统的优化控制。通过预测模型、反馈与校正等部分,在控制过程中对目标函数进行优化计算得到各基函数的权系数而求出相应的控制量,使磨煤机出口温度、磨煤机入口负压和磨煤机进出口差压都控制在规定范围之内。通过预测函数控制系统与传统PID控制系统的仿真结果比较,可以证明该方法能够有效地解决系统变量之间的耦合关系,有较好的动态性能和稳态性能。 The PFC(Predictive Function Control) is applied to realize the optimal control of boiler coal pul-verizing system.Through the predictive model,feedback and emendation,the weight coefficient of each elementary function is achieved by the optimization calculation of objective function during control process to obtain the corresponding control variable,by which the inlet pressure and outlet temperature of mill,as well as the difference between inlet and outlet pressure,are controlled within the defined scopes.Comparison between PFC control and traditional PID control by simulation show that,the former lessens the effect of coupling between system variables and has better dynamic and steady-state performances.
