摘要 为了进一步研究阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病机制,人们已经设计了各种动物模型诸如胆碱能系统损伤模型、铝模型、tau蛋白模型、Aβ模型等,这些模型尽管可以存在部分特征病理改变,但是均不能模拟人类疾病渐进性的退行性改变。目前日趋成熟的转基因动物(transgenic animal)技术可以在活体上研究某一特定致病基因的作用,是研究AD独特而重要的模型,其中最常用的是转基因小鼠模型。因为AD的人类患者主要表现为进行性的记忆和认知能力的减退,相应的转基因小鼠模型也表现出学习和记忆能力的改变。现在人们已经设计出了多种实验方法对AD的转基因小鼠进行行为学的测试。本文主要是对目前国内外常采用的AD转基因小鼠行为学测试方法作一综述,有助之后相关研究中行为学检测方法的选择与应用。 In order to further study in Alzheimer's disease(AD) to the pathogenesis,people have designed a variety of animal models such as acetylcholine system damage model,aluminous model,tau protein model,A beta model and so on,these models although can exist partial features pathological changes,but were unable to simulate human diseases incremental degenerative change.Currently cortry transgenic animals(transgenic animal) technology can in living on a specific genetic causes the function,is unique and important research AD model,among which the most commonly used is transgenic mice model.Because AD human patients mainly for progressive memory and cognitive ability of decline,the corresponding transgenic mice model also show learning and memory abilities change.Now people have designed a variety of experiment method to AD to transgenic mice were behavioral testing.This paper mainly at home and abroad and often USES the AD transgenic mice behavioral testing method are reviewed in this paper,conduce after related study behavioral detection method of the selection and application.
