派丽奥软膏局部应用治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效观察

The effect of local application of Periocline in treating Pericoronitis

目的:观察派丽奥软膏治疗急性局限型下颌智齿冠周炎的临床效果,并与碘甘油治疗作比较。方法:将184例下颌智齿冠周炎患者随机分为两组。全部患者局部用3%过氧化氢和生理盐水交替冲洗后擦干,局部给药,实验组注入适量派丽奥软膏1次;对照组置入2%碘甘油,1次/d,共3 d。所有治疗组均未全身用药,第4天观察临床效果及不良反应。结果:实验组和对照组临床症状均有明显改善,总有效率分别为94.57%和88.04%,两组间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:派丽奥软膏治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎与碘甘油治疗等效,但使用方便,可以减少患者复诊次数。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of treatment of acute topical type mandibular third molar pericoronitis by the Periocline ointment compared with iodine glycerol.Methods： 184 cases of acute mandibular third molar pericoronitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.All cases were treated initial therapy,which local parts were washed with 3% hydrogen peroxide,and physiological saline consecutively,and dried clearly.In the experiment group,Periocline ointment was injected on their infected areas once.The control group was treated with 2% iodine glycerol once everyday in 3 days.The effects and adverse reaction were observed on the fourth day.Results： The total effective rate was 94.57% in the experiment group,while in control group was 88.04%,there was no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： The Periocline ointment is an effective,safe and convenient medicine for treating the mandibular third molar pericoronitis.It could reduce patient′s return visit times.
