抗梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性对老年患者的价值分析

The value analysis of positive anti-treponema pallidum antibody of elderly patients

目的:对老年患者抗梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性进行探讨和分析。方法:对本院2008年9月～2010年9月行抗TP抗体检查的1 846例患者进行年龄和阳性率的分析。结果:50岁以下被测者阳性率为2.31%,占阳性总数的31.15%;51～60岁被测者阳性率3.26%,占阳性总数11.48%;61～70岁被测者阳性率2.50%,占阳性总数13.11%;70岁以上被测者阳性率5.52%,占阳性总数44.26%;各年龄段比较中50岁以上阳性率与70岁以上阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.897,P<0.05)。结论:对于老年患者应结合患者的临床症状,帮助其找出阳性反应的原因,避免误诊及医疗纠纷的发生。

Objective： To discusse and analyze elderly patients with positive anti-treponema pallidum antibodies.Methods： To analyze age and positive rate of 1 846 patients under anti-TP antibody test from September 2008 to September 2010 in Our hospital.Results： Positive rate of tested patients below 50 years old was 2.31%,accounting for 31.15% of the total positive number;positive rate of tasted patients who were 51-60 years old was 3.26%,accounting for 11.48% of total positive number;positive rate of tasted patients who were 61-70 years old was 2.50%,accounting for 13.11% of total positive number.positive rate of patients over 70 years old was 5.52%,accounting for 44.26% of total positive;each age section compared,the positive rate of patients over 50 years old compaired with patients over 70 years old,the differences were significant（χ2=3.897,P0.05）.Conclusion： Elder patients should be help to find the positive reasons combined with clinical symptoms and avoid the occurrence of misdiagnosis and medical disputes.
