医院X线的防护策略探析

Hospital X-protective strategies

目的:探讨医院X线的防护措施,以减少X线对受检患者的危害。方法:回顾性分析2009年2月～2010年2月在我院行X检查的患者120例(A组),总结该组患者受检期间我院实行的X线防护策略,将其与2003年2月～2004年2月在我院行X检查的未实行有效防护的患者(B组)相比较,并同时取一组已实行有效防护但因各种原因马上重照的患者(C组)做比较,分析三组患者的辐射剂量的变化。结果:A组患者的X线平均照射当量剂量显著低于B组患者,而C组患者接受的辐射剂量当量为最高,P<0.05。结论:医院实施X线防护策略十分必要,且要同时提高技师专业技术水平降低重照率,才有助于降低对患者的辐射剂量。

Objective： To explore hospital X-protective measures to reduce the X-harm patients of subjects.Methods： A retrospective analysis from February 2009 to February 2010 X examination in our hospital 120 cases of patients（A group）,summarized the subjects this group of patients in our hospital during the X-ray protection strategy to implement it with from February 2003 to February 2004 X examination in our hospital＇s failure to implement effective protection of the patients（B group） compared to the same time taking a group of effective protection has been implemented for various reasons but according to the patients immediately（C group） do comparison,and analysis of three groups of patient radiation dose.Results： A group of patients the results of X-ray radiation average equivalent dose was significantly lower than that of group B patients,whereas C group received the highest radiation dose equivalent,P0.05.Conclusion： Hospitals is necessary X-protective strategies,and professional technicians to simultaneously reduce the level of increase according to rates of weight,it helps to reduce the radiation dose to patients.
