摘要
分类培养是研究生教育改革与发展的重要组成部分,是提高应用型人才培养质量亟待解决的问题。运用SWOT综合分析工具,对我国硕士研究生分类培养模式改革的内外部因素进行分析与评价,并在此基础上,研究应用型高层次人才培养条件及环境建设、管理制度建设及校企联合培养等方面的有效对策,以实现应用型人才培养的目标。
Categorized education is viewed as the key component of the reform and development of postgraduate education as well as the critical issue of enhancing the quality of training application-oriented talents. In the present study, the comprehe^sive analysis tool of SWOT is used to analyze and evaluate the internal and external factors involved in the mode reform of the categorized postgraduate education. On the basis of this, a range of effective policies associated with the conditions and the environmental construction for educating high level application-oriented talents, regulation and rule construction, coupled with the joint education of university and enterprises are investigated so as to achieve the goal of educating application-oriented talents.
