防磨导流梁在大型循环流化床锅炉上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 循环流化床锅炉以其独特的环保优势,越来越受到人们的青睐。而循环流化床锅炉炉膛水冷壁磨损一直是困扰电厂安全运行的技术难题,我们在借鉴很多小型循环流化床锅炉经验基础上,在西安热工研究院技术指导下,在440t/h锅炉炉膛不同标高位置装设多层防磨导流梁,实践证明可有效降低物料对管壁的磨损,从而延长锅炉运行时间。 Circulating fluidized bed boiler get the favour of more and more people because of its unique environmental advantages.The abrasion of water screen of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is the technical problems plagued the safe operation of power plants.Based on learning a lot of experience in small circulating fluidized bed boiler and under the guidance of Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute,we set many anti chafe diversion beams in the different elevation position of 440t / h boiler,and the practice proved that the anti chafe diversion beam effectively reduced the abrasion of material on the wall,thus prolonging the boiler operation time.
