摘要
近年来,随着河北省招标投标市场不断发展和完善,我省出台了工程量清单招标、低价中标以及工程担保三项制度,河北省建立了招标投标管理交易系统,经评审的最低投标价法在河北省范围内应用比较广泛,本文明确阐述了在运用过程当中有诸多的优缺点和可行性。
In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of bidding market in Hebei Province,Hebei province issued three systems： a tender of Bill of Quantities,Minimum Bid and Engineering Guarantee,established a bidding management trading system.The accredited minimum bid price is widely used in Hebei Province.This paper articulated many advantages and disadvantages in the applying process and feasibility.
