2010年全国证券期货监管工作会议上把上市公司从根本上解决同业竞争、减少关联交易作为上市公司监管的重点工作之一。本文阐述限制同行业竞争的原因以及措施。
It is one of the priorities of listed companies supervision in 2010 National Securities and Futures Regulatory Work Session that listed companies fundamentally solve the horizontal competition and reduce regulation business.This paper describes the reasons and measures for horizontal competition of listed companies.
