摘要
商业的核心是诚信,电子商务也不例外。针对C2C电子商务发展过程中出现的由于信息不对称所造成的欺诈问题以及因为退货规则和信用炒作所造成的信用评价的真实性与有效性问题,本文对问题的成因进行了分析,并创新性的通过引入退货评价以及将交易金额作为权重引入信用评价体系,对现有信用评价体系进行了改进,形成了新的信用评价模型。新的信用评价模型可以有效地提高信用评价的真实性与有效性,并显著的减少信用炒作对信用评价记录的影响。
The core of business is integrity,e-commerce is no exception.For the fraud caused by asymmetric information,the authenticity and validity of the feedback caused by the return policy and credit speculation during the development process of the C2C e-commerce,this paper analyzed the causes of these problems,and improved the exist feedback system by introducing the return-feedback and the transaction value as the weight into the feedback system innovatively,formed a new feedback system model.The new feedback system model can effectively improve the authenticity and validity of feedback,and make a significant reduction of the impact on credit of the credit speculation.
