高等职业教育作为高等教育的一个类型,不仅要培养高素质技能型专门人才,更要关注学生可持续发展能力和转岗能力的培养。文章从高等职业教育发展与学生可持续能力的关系出发,探讨了日常教学管理中提升学生可持续发展能力的途径和方法。

Higher vocational education,as a type of higher education,we should not only cultivate specialists,but also pay more attention to cultivation of students＇ ability of sustainable development and job transfer ability.Based on the relation of the higher vocational education development and students＇ sustainable ability,this article probed into the way and methods of improving the students＇ ability of sustainable development in the daily management of teaching.
