高职保险毕业生就业困境及对策探讨

Employment Dilemma and Countermeasures of Vocational Insurance Graduates

文章针对目前高职毕业生就业难的现状,指出其主要原因在于高职教育定位不准、产学脱节,提出在明确高职保险教育培养目标的前提下,调整教学内容,合理设置课程;改革教学方法,产学结合;推行双证教育,加强毕业生就业指导,帮助毕业生增强在保险行业中的就业能力。

Aiming at the employment difficultly of vocational graduates,the article points out that its primary cause lies in accurate vocational education location and production and study come apart.Propose that we should first clear about the cultivating goal of vocational insurance education,adjusts course content,establishes the curriculum reasonably;reforms teaching method,join production and study together;carries out the double card education;strengthens the graduate career guidance,and helps the graduate to strengthen employment ability in the insurance profession.
