摘要
教师是学校发展的关键,高职院校人才培养的关键是建设一支与其发展规模、办学定位和人才培养目标相适应的"双师素质"师资队伍,建设一支高素质的"双师素质"师资队伍是高职院校办学的第一要务。江苏联合职业技术学院连云港中医药分院以教学改革为基础,通过与医院联合办学来加强"双师素质"护理教师队伍的建设,取得了明显的成效。
Teachers are the key to the development of schools,while the key of talent cultivation in a high vocational college is to build a teachers＇ team adapted to its development scale,school-running orientation and talent cultivation target.Building a high-qualified ＂dual-certificate teachers＂ team is the first priority of high vocational colleges.Based on teaching reform,Lianyungang TCM branch of Jiangsu joint vocational and technical college achieved remarkable results by joint ventures with hospitals to strengthen the construction of ＂ the dual-certificate teachers＂ team.
