摘要
以UHM-B型工业锅炉为研究对象,提出了一种锅炉汽包水位监控系统设计方法,给出了锅炉汽包水位监控系统结构框图,对汽包水位检测模块中经常出现的干簧管该吸合时未吸合和不该吸合时却吸合的故障进行分析,给出容错性处理方法,并对下位机发送的数据进行编码和对上位机接收的数据进行滤波处理。经过现场实验运行,证明该监控系统方案设计合理、可行,系统的可靠性高,容错能力强。
As to the UHM-B industrial boiler,a method about boiler drum water level control system was put forward,The system security and the operation′s reliability were discussed.The block diagram of boiler liquid level control system was given.The detection module faults caused by reed pipe that should be close-up but open and open but was close-up were analyzed.Some approaches of fault tolerance and the sensor′s data encode and host computer filter were discussed.After more than one years running in the field,it has been proved that the monitor system design is reasonable and feasible,and the system has a higher reliability and tolerance.
