摘要 在生物质流化床上,以稻壳为例,研究了它作为燃料用的一些重要特性包括气力输送特性、流态化特性和燃烧特性。在此基础上,介绍了稻壳流化床锅炉的设计要点。研究表明,气力输送稻壳不但便利可行,而且输送稳定、输送量大;以052 mm 石英砂作床料可以良好地运行稻壳流化床;稻壳流化床中燃烧主要集中在稀相区,燃烧效率可达到97% ,且NOx 、SOx 低。这些结论为稻壳流化床锅炉设计和运行提供了理论依据和实际经验。 Being tested on a biomass fluidized bed,rice husk is taken as a fuel to study some of the fundamental characteristics,such as pneumatic transportation,fluidization and combusion.Design essentials of the rice husk fired fluidized bed boiler are introduced.Test results show that pneumatic transportation is not only convenient,but also very stable and capable for large transport.The rice husk fired fluidiaed bed boiler can have a very successful operation when silicon sand of 0.52 mm is selected as the bed material.Significant combustion occurs in the zone of dilute phase,with a very high combustion efficiency(up to 97%)and very low emission of NO X and SO X.
