摘要
目的探讨食管癌术前放疗对手术近远期疗效及安全性的影响。方法将79例食管癌患者分为两组:试验组(40例)术前采用常规分割方式放疗,剂量38～44Gy·20F-1·4W-1,放疗后2～3W手术;对照组(39例)直接进行手术治疗。结果两组间根治性手术切除率、生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中晚期食管鳞癌患者术前放疗可提高手术切除率及生存率。
Objective To investigate the surgical preoperative radiotherapy on the short and long term impact of efficacy and safety.Methods 79 patients with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups：experimental group（40 cases）way of preoperative radiotherapy with conventional fractionation,dose 38～44Gy.20F-1.4W-1,2～3W surgery after radiotherapy;the control group（39 cases）direct surgery.Results Between the two groups of radical resection rate,survival rate was signif icantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma preoperative radiotherapy can improve the surgical removal of abundance and survival rate.
