甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察

目的甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察。方法本研究60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组与对照组,其中实验组采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,对照组采用预混胰岛素治疗。16周后观察FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、低血糖等情况。结果两组患者治疗前后FPG、2hPG、HbA1C差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组在降低HbA1C方面优于对照组(P<0.05);而治疗后两组FPG、2hPG间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后总有效率、低血糖发生率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病,可获得较佳的临床疗效与安全性,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To learn effect of T2DM by using insulin glarginel and Repaglinide.Methods 60 patients of T2DM divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group is treated with insulin glarginel and Repaglinide while control group is treated with premix insulin.FPG,2hPG,HbA1C and low blood sugar are observed after 16w.Results FPG and 2hPG and HbA1C of 2 groups before and after surgery have significance（P0.05）.The experiment group＇s HbA1C is lower than control group after surgery（P0.05）.FPG and 2hPG of 2 groups after surgery have no significance（P0.05）.The total effective rate and low blood sugar incidence of 2 groups after surgery have significance（P0.05）.Conclusion There is better effect and safety for T2DM with insulin glarginel and Repaglinide,worth using widely in clinic.
