摘要
针对炮弹注药生产线中安全防爆要求相当严格的拧卸钻孔线的工艺特点和使用环境，采用ＯＭＯＲＮ的ＳＹＳＭＡＣ一Ｃ２００ＨＥ可编程控制器设计了一种新型控制系统。文中给出ＰＬＣ控制系统的结构组成和软件设计的基本思想。
A new kind of control system to the screwing and drilling in the shell productionline is presented. This system is desiged according to the high requirements of preventing explosion and the technology characteristics using OMRON SYSMAC-C200H programmablelogic controller. The structure of the PLC control system and the design of software areintroduced.
