摘要
采用双80c196KC单片机作为控制单元,构成全数字化变频调速矢量控制系统。双单片机之间数据的快速并行通讯由双口RAMIDT7130来完成。系统的电流调节器采用两个电流滞环调节器,而转速调节器采用bang-bang控制与PI控制相结合的双模控制方式。实验结果表明,系统的硬件和软件设计合理,调速性能优良。
A fully digitalized VVVF vector-controlled system with the double 80c196KC single-chip computers used as main controllers is presented. The data's collateral communicationsare achieved by using double ports RAM IDT7130. Two hysteresis regulators are used as current regulators and double modules controller combined Bang-Bang control with PI controlas speed regulator. Experimental results show that the hardware and softeware design of thesystem is reasonable the speed adjusting characteristics is good.
