摘要
简要介绍了常规的零序参数测量方法,然后详细介绍了线路零序参数带电测量的理论及数学模型。利用全球卫星定位系统( G P S)作为异地测量的同步信号和获取测量源,给出了带电测试系统的接线图及模拟试验结果,最后给出了公式计算方法、常规方法和带电测量方法三种方法对河南电网有关互感线路的计算与现场测量结果。结果表明,文中所提带电测量方法不仅能测量电抗,而且也能测互电阻,不仅适合于停电测量。
The traditional measurement methods of zero-sequence parameters of transmission lines are reviewed firstly. On the basis of GPS technology, the principles, mathematical models and methods of parameter identification of zero\|sequence parameters live line measurement of transmission lines with mutual inductance are given in this paper. Key techniques and the scheme of the measurement system are also given. Finally, some test methods and on-site measurement results are given. The results prove that this system can meet the need of live line parameter measurement of transmission lines. It is proved that the principles and measurement system being put forward in this paper are correct, effect and useful.
