摘要
本文用钇的3P_(1/2)和3P(3/2)的间距及3P能级的半高宽(FWHM)的变化以及¥4s能级的多重分裂确定了新合成的有机金属化合物的价态。在铝靶上,利用轫致辐射诱导的俄歇谱,对高动能的YL_3M_(45)M_(45)峰(大约1737eV)进行了研究,进一步验证了钇的价态。这与X射线衍射的结果相互补充。
The X-ray photoelcctron spectra of a variety of Y(II)and complexcs have been investigated The broadening of full width at half maximun(FWHM) of 3p and 4s was observed for Y(II ) complex, but not for Y(III) complex The broadening of 3p and 4v is well explained as arising form multiplet splitting of the levels. The multiplct splitting of 3p level for Y(II) is responsible for an increase in the doublet separation of the 3p1:2 and 3p1:2 spin-orbit levels.
Bremsstrahlung-induced Auger lines of kinetic energc 1500-2200cV can be recorded in the normal operation of an X-ray photoclcctron spectrometer. For conventional Al-target, the principal photo-electron lines and the L3M45M45 Auger lines of yttrium complexes in one experiment were observed by bremsstralung radiation Ttensitics for the brcmsstrahlung induced Auger lines arc not high, the back cncrgies arc also reduced. The signal / background ratio for Y L3M for Y3s.
