摘要
实现缺陷自动定位检测,用工业相机采集发动机包覆层表面的图像,通过对图像进行中值滤波及阈值分割将缺陷从图像背景中分割出来,并通过种子填充方法遍历整个缺陷来确定缺陷中心的圆周向角度以及距发动机口部的轴向距离,实现缺陷的定位。实验结果证明该方法在火箭发动机包覆层表面缺陷定位方面有较好的效果。
Surface defect of rocket motor cladding has an import influence on the performance of rocket motor.To achieve the exact location of defects plays a vital role in the treatment of defects.Based on collecting the surface images of rocket motor cladding with industrial camera,the paper segments the defects from the background of images with the techniques of median filter and threshold segmentation,and the angle of each defect center and the distance from the beginning point of rocket motor can be probed clearly by the method of filling seed.Based on the method,automatic location detection is done for surface defect of rocket motor cladding and the experiment results show the detection method is feasible and effective.
