摘要 铝合金喷塑固化时间一般为 20 m in,通过分析热风炉及远红外炉的优点,阐述了固化时间只用 20~120 s 的固化技术。铝合金喷塑高红外固化技术是 90 年代最先进的加热方式。对高红外加热机理、粉末快速固化技术的可能性、高红外设备的设计方法及温控、高红外技术的应用效果等方面做了全面的阐述。 A Solidification technology with the solidifying time of only 20~120 s is presented through the analysis on hot wind furnace and remote infra red furnace.High power infre red solidification technology for spraying plastics on the aluminum alloy is the most advanced heating technique in 1990s.The principle and effectiveness of high power infra red heating,possibility of rapid powder solidification,design of high power infra red equipment and its temperature control are presented.: A Solidification technology with the solidifying time of only 20~120 s is presented through the analysis on hot wind furnace and remote infra red furnace.High power infre red solidification technology for spraying plastics on the aluminum alloy is the most advanced heating technique in 1990s.The principle and effectiveness of high power infra red heating,possibility of rapid powder solidification,design of high power infra red equipment and its temperature control are presented.
