分析了武钢冷轧热镀锌连续退火炉存在的问题及其影响因素，提出了改造后产品的定位和改造应遵循的几个原则。

Problems existing in the continuous annealing furnace of the hot dip galvanizing line and the affecting factors are analyzed and several principles that have to be observed in the revamp as well as in the design of the product mix after revamp are put forward and the strategies to be taken in carrying out the technical revamp of the continuous annealing furnace expounded.
