摘要 分析了硅钢片敞焰无氧化加热特性,以及带钢氧化率与炉温、加热速度和空燃比之间的关系。这为CA- 2 机组改造保留无氧化炉的方案提供了理论依据。为了掌握将无氧化炉作为预热炉使用的工艺特点,在CA- 2 机组按取向钢工艺进行了通板试验,证明是可行的。从而使CA- 2 This article has analyzed the open flame non-oxidizing heating feature as well as the relations among the oxidation ratio of silicon steel strip, the heating speed the air-fuel ratio of the furnace.In so doing a theoretical basis for retaining the non-oxidizing furnace can be achieved in the renovation schedule of CA-2 line. In order to grasp the processing features of the non-oxidizing furnace used as a preheating furnace tests on passing the strip through the furnace have been done according to the process of the oriented silicon steel in CA-2 line.It proves that it is feasible to make the CA-2 line as a line that can process both oriented silicon steel and non-oriented one.
