中西药联合治疗异位妊娠65例分析

Analysis of 65 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by Integrative Medicine

目的:探讨在未破裂型异位妊娠的治疗过程中,联合中药治疗对于治疗效果的影响。方法:收集住院治疗的未破裂型异位妊娠病人65例,分为两组,分别采用中西药联合疗法(观察组)和单纯西药(对照组)治疗。结果:两组病人治疗前血β-HCG值没有差异,P>0.05;治疗后血β-HCG值没有差异,P>0.05;治疗过程中,血β-HCG值下降程度没有差异,P>0.05;但是治疗时间上P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:中西药联合组能够明显减少病人治疗时间,且中药副作用小,价格便宜,减少病人经济和心理上的负担。

Objective：Discuss about the effection of treatment in ectopic pregnancy by Integrative Medicine,when the ectopic pregnancy unruptured. Methods：Collecting 65 cases of the hospital treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy,treated in Integrative Medicine（observation group） and Western medicine alone（control group）.Results：There is on different ofβ-HCG in the both group before the treatment,P0.05;There is on different ofβ—HCG in the both group after the treatment,P0.05;in the course of treatment,the drop ofβ—HCG levels did not differ between the two groups,P0.05;but the treatment time with statistical significance,P0.05.Comclusion：Integrative Medicine can significantly reduce the treatment time,in the other side the Chinese medicine has less side effects,cheaper,and it can reduce thee conomic and psychological burden of patients.
