Anatomical steel treatment tibial plateau fracture experience

目的:探讨解剖钢板治疗胫骨骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法:对48例胫骨平台骨折患者采用胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定术。结果:48例获得随访,时间为10～40月,平均25月,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为12～20周,优28例,良12例,可4例,差4例,优秀率为91.6%.。结论:采用解剖型支撑钢板行胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定术,可免予石膏外固定,能早期进行患肢功能锻炼。

Objective：Explore anatomical steel treatment tibial fractures treatment method and effect.Methods：48 patients with fracture of tibial plateau adopts tibial plateau fracture internal fixation.Results：48 cases get follow—up,time for 10～40 months,an average of 25 months,fracture healing time all healed for 12 to 20 weeks,and the optimal 28 cases＂good＂in 12 cases,but 4 cases,poor 4 cases,for YouXiuLv 91.6%.Conclusion：the anatomical type support steel line tibial plateau fracture internal fixation,can be exempted from gypsum external fixation, can early limb function exercise.
