摘要 目的:采用meta分析的方法评价健康教育预防产后抑郁症的临床效果。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),西文生物医学期刊文献数据库(EMCC)以及互联网资料。全面收集有关健康教育预防产后抑郁症的随机对照试验,采用Jadad的3项5分制质量评价法,严格评价纳入研究的质量,使用RevMan5.0软件统计软件对数据进行Me-ta分析。结果:共纳入13个随机对照试验,共5570例患者。13个随机对照试验中,只有3个说明了详细的随机分配的方法。所有纳入的文献均没有说明分配隐藏和双盲。结论:现有研究结果显示,健康教育是一种有效的预防产后抑郁症的干预措施。但纳入研究方法学质量不高,影响结果的强度,期待将来更多高质量的随机双盲对照试验供高质量的证据。 Objective:To assess the effect of health education as a prevention on maternals by using meta-analysis.Methods The Cochrane systematic review was taken,and the datas were retrieved from Cochrane library,CNKI,VIP,CBM,EMCC and the Internet.The quality of eligible studies was evaluated by two reviewers independently,and Meta-analysis was conducted on homogenous studies.Results Totally thirteen studies involving 5570 participants were included.The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were concretely reported in 13 studies) and the RCTs were described with random sequence method only in 3 studies.AIl included studies were inadequate in reporting concealment of allocation and blinding. Conclusion Health education is an effective intervention as an prevention for maternals.However,because of the lower quality in methodology in the included studies the evidence is not strong enough to confirm the result.So more double-blind RCTs are needed.
