摘要
宝钢1420 mm 冷轧工程CAPL 机组是镀锡原板退火专用生产线,采用计算机控制各炉室的带钢温度。对一次冷却炉(1CF) 在调试中出现的带钢温度控制不稳定的状况,从冷却风机转速和挡板使用量对带钢温度控制的影响入手,分析了原模型控制存在的问题。为达到稳定控制的目的,增加了调节参数,修正控制模型,并取得了良好成效。
No.2 CAPL line for Baosteel’s 1420mm Cold Mill whose strip temperature in each furnace is controlled by computer is a special line for black sheet.In view of the unsteady strip temperature control in 1CF during its trial running,the analysis on the disadvantages of the original strip temperature control model is made starting with the effect of the rotating speed of cooling blower and the numbers of the opened dampers on the strip temperature control.It is proved that to modify the control model and add the adjusting parameters is useful to the steady and perfect control.
