摘要
根据热镀锌机组沉没辊轴套的失效机理及工况条件对材料性能要求的分析,选择了6 种材料进行浸锌试验,并着重对3 种材料进行工况磨损试验,最终选定2 种材质制成轴套进行两次现场实地试验,结果表明热作模具钢H11 和高速钢M2 制造的轴套使用寿命分别是原来的2 倍和3 倍。建议将H11 的碳含量提高到0.5 % ~0.6 % 能使其更适合轴套使用工况。
According to the analysis on the failure mechanism of the sink rolls’ bushings for HGL and the material properties required by service environment,there were 6 kinds of materials to be selected and soaked in molten zinc,3 kinds of them were tested under mimic service condition,finally,2 of the three were made into bushings and underwent tests twice on HGL.As a result,the service life of the bushings made of hot working die steel H11 and HSS M2 is two and three times respectively as long as the former’s.It is suggested that the carbon content of H11 should be increased to 0.5%~0.6% so as to meet the needs for bushings better.
