15例磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床体会

Clinical experience of 15 magnetic attachments in oral repair

目的：探讨磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床效果.方法：选择2009年1月至12月在我院行全口覆盖义齿修复的15例患者,行磁性附着体修复,比较粘固前后的固位力和咀嚼效率.结果：粘固后即刻以及粘固后1个月的固位力与粘固前比较差异显著（P〈0.05）,粘固后固位力高于粘固前,粘固后即刻与粘固后1个月的固位力差异不显著（P〉0.05）;粘固后的咀嚼效率明显高于粘固前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of magnetic attachments in oral repair. Methods： Select 15 cases that treated with magnetic attachment in our hospital from January 2009 to Dec 2009,compare the retention and masticatory efficiency; Results： The retention of cementation reseal and one month later has statistical significance compare with before cementation（P〈0. 05） ,the retention after cementation is higher than before cementation, and the retention of cementation reseal has no statistical significance compare with one month later（P〉0. 05）;and the masticatory efficiency after cementation is higher than before cementation,the difference is statistical significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It has good clinical value of using magnetic attachment in oral repair.
