合成了新试剂(邻烯丙氧基)苯基二安替比林甲烷(DAoAPM),研究了它与钒(V)的显色反应,初步探讨了反应机理、在磷酸介质中,有Mn(Ⅱ)和Tween 60存在下,钒(V)与 DAoAPM反应生成橙红色产物,λmax=480nm,钒(V)含量在0.00~0.50μg/25mL和0.50~2.00μg/25mL范围内分别与产物的吸光度值呈良好线性关系。摩尔吸光系数分别为 1.90×10~6和 1.27× 10~6,由此建立了测定钒( V)的新方法。
o-Allyloxyphenyl diantipyryl methane (DAo APM) was synthesized. The color reaction of DAoAPM with vanadium(V) has been studied, and the mechanism of this reaction was discussed. In the presence of Mn(Ⅱ) and Tween 60, DAoAPM can react with vanadium(V) to form an orange red product in the medium of phosphoric acid. The maximum absorbance of the product was at 480nm. The linear relationship between absorbance and concentration was in the range of 0.00-0.50ug V(V)/25mL and 0.50-2.00ug V (V)/25mL with the molar absorptivities 1.90×106L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)and 1.27×10~6L· mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) respectively. A method of determining trace vanadium(V) was established.
