目的：探讨犬伤患者全程注射狂犬疫苗现状，寻求100％接种率的有效方法。方法：对2009年12月至2010年11月在我院登记在册的2332例犬伤患者全程注射五针狂犬疫苗的情况进行筛查和统计。结果：第一针按时接种率100％，第二针99．67％，第三针98．97％，第四针95．20％，第五针83．53％，进行免疫球蛋白伤口浸润注射者只有7．72％。结论：规范狂犬疫苗接种流程，达到100％的全程接种可有效降低狂犬病的发病率。

Objective..To discuss the entire rabies vaccine injury status,and explore effective method for 100% vaccination rates. Methods.. The data of 2332 patients registered from December 2009 to November 2010 who wounded by dog and injected rabies vaccine by five times were carried out screening and statistics. Results： The first dose coverage rate was 100%, second dose was 99.67% ,the third was 98.97%, the fourth was 95.20%, and the fifth was 83.53% the wound infiltration injection of immune globulin was only 7.72%. Conclusion： Standardized rabies vaccination, achieving 100% of the full vaccination would effectively reduce the incidence of rabies.
