鼻内镜下微波与传统疗法治疗顽固性鼻出血的疗效对比研究

目的：比较鼻内镜下微波与传统疗法治疗顽固性鼻出血的疗效及并发症情况。方法：58例顽固性鼻出血患者随机分为A组（鼻内镜下微波）和B组（传统疗法）各29例，比较两组的治疗效果及并发症情况。结果：两组痊愈率及总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（6．9％＆17．2％，P〈0．05）。两组复发率比较，差异有统计学意义（10．3％＆34．5％，P〈0．05）。且B组复发10例患者再次给予内镜下微波止血治疗而痊愈。结论：鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血治愈率和有效率高，创伤小，止血效果好，并发症少，能迅速而准确地寻找到出血部位，较传统的鼻出血治疗方法具有较多优势，值得推广牵应用。

Objective： To compare the microwave and conventional endoscopic therapy of intractable nasal bleeding and complica- tions. Methods：The hospital in January 2007-2009 admitted on Jan. 58 patients with intractable epistaxis were randomly divided into A group （Endoscopic microwave） and B （conventional treatment） of the 29 patients were compared The treatment and complications. Results：The two groups have achieved good results. The treatment group healed in 14 cases,48.3 % recovery rate. Control group, 10 patients recovered, recovery rate of 34.5 %. Two groups of cure rate and total effective rate, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. The complication rate,the difference was statistically significant （6.9 %＆ 17.2 %,P 〈0.05）. Recurrence rate between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant （10.3% ＆34.5 %, P 〈0.05）. And the B group of 10 patients relapsed again give endoscopic hemostatic treatment of microwave cured. Conclusion：Endoscopic microwave treatment of intractable epistaxis cure rate and high efficiency, trauma, bleeding effect, fewer complications, can quickly and accurately find the bleeding site,the more traditional treatment of epistaxis with more advantage,it is promoted and applied.
