概要回顾了中国钢铁工业技进步的历程，叙述了 ５０ 年来钢 铁工业科技进步取得的成就，根据新世纪发展的需要和中国钢铁工业面临的实际问题，提出了钢铁工业科技进步的发展方向。
The paper reviews the path of technical progress in Chinese metallurgical industry,The achievements obtained in technical progress of metallurgical industry within 50 years are given and the dcvelopment direction of technical progress in the future in given in the background of the demands raised by the development in next century and the problems faced by metallurgical industry itself.
