热变形动态软化本构模型 被引量:20

CONSTITUTIVE MODELS OF DYNAMIC RESTORATION OF STEEL DURING HOT DEFORMATION

摘要 动态回复、动态再结晶是奥氏体热变形过程中动态软化的主要机制。建立了动态回复、动态再结晶型流变曲线模型,50 % 再结晶应变等特征应变与形变参数 Z 间的关系模型以及基于 Engle Brew er 理论的形变激活能模型。提出了一种应用最优化技术求解非线性本构模型的新方法。用 Gleeble2000 型热/力模拟试验机对 St41 钢进行了平面应变热压缩试验。实验结果及有关文献报导印证了模型的正确性。 The main restoration mechanism of austainite during hot deformation is dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization In this paper, a model of true stain true stress curves related to dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization, a model of the effect of Zener Hollomon (Z) parameter on 50 % recrystallization strain, and a prediction model of activation energy for deformation based on the Engle Brewer theory have been developed A model to estimate the undetermined constants involved in the nonlinear constitutive equation has also been developed by optimization technique The plane strain compressive tests were conducted on St41 steel It was shown that the models' predictions are in good agreement with the experimental results from the present investigation and literature
