摘要
采用极值原理的功能平衡法,确定短芯棒拔管变形区内金属的位移增量函数,并依此建立拔制力计算模型。经与实验结果比较,理论计算值与实测值较为接近,此方法可以在工程计算中应用。
In this paper,the metal displacement incremental function in the deformation zone on plug drawing mill can be estimated with extreme value principle.On the base of this function,a drawing force model is obtained.The experiments of tube plug drawing verified that the theoretically calculated values are identical with measured ones.Thus,this calculation model seems to be available to the engineering practice.
