高炉生产使用喷洒CaCl_2溶液的烧结矿的试验研究

Trial of spraying calcium chloride aqueous on sintering ore in the blast furnace practice

韶钢高炉使用喷洒CaCl2 溶液的烧结矿的工业试验结果表明 ,烧结矿喷洒CaCl2 溶液后对降低高炉上部炉料的低温还原粉化 ,改善料柱透气性 ,促进炉况顺行起到了较大作用 .喷洒CaCl2 溶液浓度 3%、液量 1%时效果较好 ,高炉可增产 3.2 %降低焦比 1.5% .

Trial of spraying calcium chloride aqueous on sintering ore has been carried out, the result showed that hot metal was increased by 3.2 percent and coke rate decreased by 1.5 percent on condition that the concentration of CaCl 2 solution kept 3%, spraying in amount up to 1%. It played the important role in lowering L.R.P index of upper part stock(low temperature reduction pulverization), improving the permeability of stock column and promoting the furnace operation in smooth running.
