SiCp/ZA27复合材料的力学性能及耐磨性研究

摘要 采用搅拌法制备了不同 Si Cp 含量的 Si Cp/ Z A27 复合材料,对其抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度及耐磨量进行了测定。结果表明:与 Z A27 基体材料相比, Si Cp/ Z A27 复合材料的抗拉强度、伸长率有所下降,硬度有所提高;而其耐磨性,尤其在重载条件下,明显高于基体材料。 Cp/ZA27 composite with different contents of SiCp has been produced by method of stirring,of which tension strength,percentage elongation,hardness and wear proof have been determined.It has shown that compared with base of ZA27,the value of tension strength and percentage elongation of composite has been respectively lowered while hardness increased.Especially under heavy duty the wear proof of composite has been clearly higher than that of base.
