这条与 Ｄ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ Ｆ Ｏ Ｒ Ｍ Ａ３０３０ 水平分型自动造型线配套的砂处理线改造后的生产能力为 ６０ｔ／ｈ，其主要设备——混砂机，新旧砂、粘土煤粉、水分称量斗，型砂性能控制仪及全套的自动检测中央控制系统均为德国 Ｅｉｒｉｃｈ 公司的产品，其中混砂机为 Ｒ Ｖ２３ 型转子式混砂机。本文详细介绍了该系统的设备选型及工艺设计计算。

operated with DISA FORMA 3030 automatic horizontal parting molding line,the reformed sand preparation line has a capability of 60t/h,of which the main equipment such as sand mixer,dosing bucket of new and old sand,clay and coal dust,and moisture as well as molding sand properties controller and complete set of central control system of automatic testing are all products of Germany Eirich company.The mixer is Model RV23.Equipment selection and calculation of technology design of the system have been intoduced in details.
