摘要
利用挤压铸造制备了氧化铝/ 铝硅合金复合材料, 在扫描电镜上观察了复合材料中的共晶硅形貌, 探讨了共晶硅变质机理。复合材料中的氧化铝纤维在铝硅共晶体的共生生长过程中, 可触发孪晶, 导致纤维附近的共晶硅呈变质形态。
Al\-2O\-3 reinforced Al Si alloy matrix composites are prepared using squeeze casting,the morphology of the eutectic silicon in the composite is observed on the scanning electronic microscope and mechanism of the modification of the eutectic silicon in the composite is also discussed.The Al\-2O\-3 fiber for composite can trigger the twin crystal during the coupled growth of Al Si eutectic,which results in the modification of the eutectic silicon near the fiber.
