肝内胆管细胞癌22例诊治分析 被引量：5

摘要 肝内胆管细胞癌（intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinomaICC）的发生较肝外胆管癌少见，在原发性肝脏恶性肿瘤中占5％～10％。由于其有自己的发病机制及生物学行为，诊断方法与预后有其独特的特点，值得临床探讨。同济医学院附属孝感医院自2000年6月至2006年6月共收治22例肝内胆管细胞癌，现报告如下。
